2017 Chrysler Pacifica priced from $28,595
Chrysler has announced the 2017 Pacifica will be priced from $28,595 when it goes on sale in the United States this spring.Despite costing $1,400 less than the outgoing Chrysler Town try, the Pacifica LX comes nicely equipped with a power driver’s seat, power windows, and an Active Noise Cancellation system. The model also has Stow ‘n Go seats, a rearview camera, and 17-inch aluminum wheels.Power is provided by a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine which produces 287 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. It is connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission which enables the minivan to return 18 miles per gallon city, 28 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined.The Pacifica Touring starts at $30,495 and features additional standard equipment including automatic headlights, power sliding doors, and a passive entry system.Moving up to the mid-level Pacifica Touring-L costs $34,495 but rewards buyers with heated front seats, leather upholstery, and a tri-zone automatic climate control system. Other highlights include additional chrome trim, fog lights, and a power liftgate. There's also an assortment of safety systems including a blind-spot monitor, rear park assist, and a rear cross path detection system.The $37,895 Pacifica Touring-L Plus goes one step further as boasts a heated steering wheel, a power passenger seat, and a 13-speaker Alpine audio system. The minivan also comes standard with a digital instrument cluster, heated second row seats, and a Uconnect infotainment system with an 8.4-inch display.Lastly, the $42,495 Pacifica Limited pulls out all the stops as it comes equipped with HID headlamps, LED fog lamps, and a panoramic glass sunroof. The model also has Nappa leather seats, ventilated front seats, and power third-row seats.
