Dear Customer,
thank you for choosing the Advanced Car Eye 2.0 and for contacting us.
At first please restart your smartphone and try to connect again.
Some app settings need this restart to get implemented.
If this doesn’t fix the issue please performXSS a Wi-Fi reset.
For the reset please press the power key (1) on the rear and the microphone ON/OFF key (2) on the side of the front camera simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
The reset will take some seconds, after this you can connect the camera like a new one.
Be sure that you set the Wi-Fi configuration in the app also to default.
But I think you already tried this step, if you use Apple CarPlay, please turn off the auto connect function.
